National Minimum Wage

As an employer, you’ll need to make sure you’re paying your staff correctly from 1st April 2017.
This means, from then you’ll need to make sure you pay your employees at least the following hourly rates:
  • 25 and over (NLW)  £7.50
  • 21 to 24                       £7.05
  • 18 to 20                       £5.60
  • Under 18                     £4.05
  • Apprentice                 £3.50
(for apprentices under 19 years, or over 19 in their first year only)
